Music Ministry
The purpose of the Music Ministry at Church of the Palms is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through song, encourage believers in their walk with Christ, lead the congregation in worship and provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship.
Adult Chancel Choir
The Adult Chancel Choir practice is on Thursday from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Choir practice is open to everyone whether you read music or not. Members also share their musical talent in a variety of forms throughout the year performing, playing instruments or singing special music during the worship service.
Special Musicals
Yearly, the Music Ministry at Church of the Palms prepares and shares a gift of music in the form of a Christmas Cantata and an Easter Cantata. There is always room for anyone willing and desiring to share their talents. Bells of Praise
Our handbell choir is known as the Bells of Praise. Practice is on Tuesday mornings at 10:15 – 11:15 a.m. Everyone is welcome to come and join the group whether you read music or not. Dr. Janet Elshazly is the Handbell Director.
